San Francisco Highrise Condo Realtor

Robyn KaufmanRobyn Kaufman, Realtor®

“I live, work and own in South Beach. I’m here for you 24/7!”

Selling San Francisco highrise urban homes is my expertise. As an longtime owner and resident in the developing Transbay neighborhood, I have built an extensive real estate network of vendors, service providers and clients in South Beach, Rincon Hill and Mission Bay area for the past two decades. When it comes to selling highrise residences, I know the entire deal from coordinating with property management to demystifying condo financing.

16 Years of Experience

I started selling South Beach real estate as a new home sales manager for The Metropolitan when it was newly built. As the residential real estate market in SoMa took off, I continued to fine-tune a business model that catered to the specific needs of buyers and sellers of new highrise condos in the newly established South Beach and Mission Bay areas. My clients have come to trust that I will provide them with the personalized service and attentive guidance  that ensures a successful close of escrow.  In fact, 69% of our sales in 2017 came from repeat business and client referrals due to our considerable network, superior level of service and the intimate knowledge of real estate in our neighborhood.

Integrity, Service, and Trust

Through my accumulated knowledge from highrise condo sales in San Francisco, I continue to provide invaluable insight in a niche marketplace that continually benefits my clients. My sellers and buyers give me their ultimate trust in helping them explore every option and make sound real estate investment decisions. You can expect a relationship that will be built on high integrity, premier service and a commitment to quality results.

By making these important professional commitments, I trust our relationship will continue long after the transaction is complete. I’m looking forward to working with you.

The Pacific Union Community Fund

In 1993, we created this fund because we wanted to benefit the non-profit organizations in our city. Since then, through the Pacific Union Community Fund, I have contributed a portion of each of my commission sales to a San Francisco charity. All of the money collected is distributed through grants these non-profits, serving our neighbors with the greatest need.
