288 Pacific, a new residential condo development in San Francisco, is a luxury low-rise building in the North Waterfront neighborhood just a few blocks north of Market Street. 288 Pacific is a unique offering because of its low-density design within walking distance to the Financial District. Developed by Grosvenor and designed by Handel Architects, the thoughtfully designed building has world-class appeal combined with modern sensibilities. Materials surprisingly are not literally translated. The innovative interpretation of 288 Pacific combines masonry façade and steel framework to create the same look and feel of the historic warehouses lined with tall vertical metal casement windows.

The historic brick warehouses that once housed a variety of cargo are now occupied by local business, tech startups, boutiques and little eateries.
