One of my favorite new construction projects on the west side of SF is The Pacific. The Pacific Condominiums is located in Pacific Heights and is a low-rise 9 story building designed by Handel Architects. With its opulent finishes, soaring ceilings and house-like floor plans, each residence has a penthouse-like feel. The rowhouses are generously appointed, with either a private garden or a rooftop terrace, and live like a single family home with the amenities at The Pacific. It’s walking distance to all the shops and boutiques on Fillmore Street.
