San Francisco’s Highrise Condo Agent
Robyn Kaufman | SFHIGHRISES Real Estate
Understanding investment trends and how it pertains to the overall economy and real estate is my expertise. For the past two decades, I have helped condo investors maximize their profits by following the real estate market closely and advising on prime selling conditions. I also know what it takes to navigate through the finer points of buying new from a developer. I use my past experience in new homes sales as leverage in a transaction and continue to negotiate the best terms for my clients. If you’re an owner or potential buyer for this new neighborhood, feel free to contact me for an update on the real estate climate in this dynamic part of the city.
16 Years of Experience
I started selling South Beach real estate as a new home sales manager for The Metropolitan when it was newly built. As the residential real estate market in SoMa took off, I continued to fine-tune a business model that catered to the specific needs of buyers and sellers of new highrise condos in the newly established South Beach and Mission Bay areas. My clients have come to trust that I will provide them with the personalized service and attentive guidance that ensures a successful close of escrow. In fact, 69% of our yearly sales comes from repeat business and client referrals due to my professional network and insider knowledge of the residential highrise condo market.
Integrity, Service, and Trust
Through my accumulated knowledge from highrise condo sales in San Francisco, I continue to provide invaluable insight in a niche marketplace that continually benefits my clients. My sellers and buyers give me their ultimate trust in helping them explore every option and make sound real estate investment decisions. You can expect a relationship that will be built on high integrity, premier service and a commitment to quality results.
By making these important professional commitments, I trust our relationship will continue long after the transaction is complete. I’m looking forward to working with you.

This fund was created because we wanted to benefit the non-profit organizations in our city. Since then, I have contributed a portion of each of my commission sales to a San Francisco charity.
