Esprit Park, San Francisco

Enter Esprit Park, an award-winning brick and timber loft conversion building in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood. Once the former headquarters for Esprit Clothing Company, the sprawling 1906 warehouse took up an entire city block. Now, Esprit Park occupies the same space, with 142 condo residences residing within the converted warehouse complex.
