Happy Tuesday!
Every morning, I receive daily inspirations from the president of Compass, Leonard Steinberg, and I want share with you today’s contemplations on longevity and healthy living. Working from home can be hard on the body especially without a well-balanced routine. Maybe incorporating some of these healthy affirmations into our daily activities can help uplift our spirits during this pandemic marathon. After all, health is wealth!
Eat a healthy non-processed food diet. Mediterranean based diets seem best, with less focus on red meat.
Exercise frequently and regularly. Get your heart beat up regularly, daily.
Don’t smoke or vape. Both don’t just damage your lungs.
Don’t do drugs or abuse prescribed drugs.
Get regular, quality sleep. All batteries require re-charging.
Keep mentally active and healthy.
Schedule regular doctor/dentist visits to keep up maintenance of the body and mind.
Stay safe and be well!
