Time To Get Outside! Nature Hikes Near SF
Hello everyone!
It seems like we have all settled into our work-from-home routines and now it’s time to shake it up and get outside! We are blessed to live in a region with abundant outdoor space. This pandemic has reminded me to appreciate nature hike options within less than an hour drive away from the San Francisco. What other metropolitan areas outside of the bay area has this unique claim?
If you do venture outside to enjoy the weather, don’t forget to bring your mask as some trails get narrow and you may have to pass by others. Have fun!
A concise list of literally the best hikes in the bay with scenic vistas of rolling hills and the Pacific Ocean. For less ventured trails, try Briones Regional Park or Wildcat Canyon Trails in Tilden Park above Berkeley.
From cherries to strawberries, plenty of orchards in the bay are open for fruit picking! And word on the street is that there’s plenty of room to social distance with plenty of maskless selfie photo ops.
