Marketing Strategy That Maximizes Pricing

As year-end approaches, I take the time to reflect on my sales transactions from the year to gauge my performance. My marketing director and I are constantly searching way to offer more services to our customers, reduce transaction days on market and strategize how to sell for more per square foot. Some of our newly adopted approaches seem to be working! Using client feedback and new tools provided by Compass, we were able to prove to ourselves and our clients that we get the most return out of an investment.  Plus, we work hard and efficiently to close deals – no one likes a lingering transaction: so far, our average days on market is only 14 days!
