Millennium Towers Homeowners reached an agreement with the developer, Mission Street Development and the Transbay Joint Powers Authority. This agreement settles 2001 lawsuits and the homeowners will be “getting significant payout” according to the attorney who represents the building’s residents. The deal is expected to be finalized in ninety days. Fixing the tower can start as early as the beginning of 2020 once terms are finalized.
