Union House: 1515 Union Street, San Francisco, CA

New condominium residences are almost available in highly desirable Pacific Heights. Situated on the corner of Van Ness and Union Street, Union House is just blocks away from San Francisco’s most coveted neighborhoods – walk to Russian Hill, Cow Hollow, and the Marina shops, bars and restaurants from this bespoke establishment.

My dear friend, of over 20 years, and a colleague in the business, Andre Farris, will be the sales manager. I spoke to him today about this upcoming development and this is what he had to say.

RK: Union House is in such a great location! I already have interested clients that want to purchase at this development. How many units are in the building and how does the residential mix look like?

AF: Union House is a rare find in San Francisco’s northern neighborhoods! To blend into the neighborhood aesthetic, Union House is a low-rise development that consists of only 41 homes. It has a mix of one, two and three bedroom residences.

RK: Who is the developer?

AF: DM Developers and Handel Architects is developing the building. DM Developers also did 8 Octavia, 400 Grove, 450 Hayes and 950 Tennessee.

RK: What are the amenities?

AF: Union House will have a lobby inspired by classic European boutique hotels. Concierge and front desk service is also available upon entry. There is a private sitting room with fireplace, and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling plaster art piece by Parisian craftsman Atelier Premiere. There is also a roof top terrace with incredible Golden Gate Bridge Views, stacker parking and air conditioning for each home.

RK: Will you have Phase 1 pricing available for brokers and their clients?

AF: Yes, we are looking at pre-sale pricing to start in December, with first preference to brokers and their clients. There will be hard hat tours and reservations in December. Sales will be open to the public in January. Move-ins can happen as early as February.
