If you have a property to list or buy in South Beach or Rincon Hill, using Robyn is a no brainer. She knows this market better than anyone in SF. In some buildings she has probably bought or sold a majority of the units.
I bought my unit at the Met from her as seller’s agent 15 years ago, and then engaged her as my agent to sell it last year. She takes care of absolutely everything. I gave her the keys, and then next time I set foot in the unit, it had been cleaned, painted, remodeled, staged — looked like a completely different condo. I didn’t have to lift a finger. I showed up for the first open house, it was in contract 36 hours later for a great price over asking.
I hate real estate agents in general, because in my opinion a very large majority of them are unprofessional, ineffective and self-dealing. Robyn is at the absolute top of the game. One of the few who are absolutely worth every penny of the commission. If you are transacting in real estate in South Beach / Rincon Hill / SoMa, the best decision you can make is to hire her.
